Lenticular Menu Item Promotion
Imagine!'s East Coast rep
was awarded this as his first project for Subway restaurants – the largest quick
serve chain in the nation! This was also the first
lenticular that Subway had ever used on a menu board. Subway needed this
lenticular to work as both a ‘Frontlit’ and as a ‘Backlit’ - although they
primarily focused on Frontlit material. This was part of their new campaign to
introduce consumers to their new oven system to take subs from cold to hot – all
in an effort to take a ‘bite’ out of their competitor's share of the sub sandwich market.
This campaign was launched in 22,800 Subway
locations all around the U.S. and 800 locations that are Canadian-French
versions, for a total quantity of 23,600 of the 2 versions. All product was
sent from our facility to their general fulfillment center in Massachusetts.
Subway was so pleased with the results of this
project that we are now in negotiations with them to do their window graphics
(clear static clings) and they have 58 window programs per year!
