3M - Scotch Lint Sheets Envelope, Wrap & Carton

3M specialists from the 3M Home Care Division and Package Engineering worked closely with the Imagine! CAD department to design an envelope for this 3M resale item – Scotch Lint Sheet pocket packs - a new item being marketed by 3M to sell in most of the major national retail chain stores (i.e., Target and Wal-Mart). Before being perfected, the piece had many test runs. The Imagine pressroom team was instrumental in making it all work in the end. Also incredibly helpful were were all other internal project team members who made sure this project went smoothly every step of the way.

The envelope (which is being patented by 3M!) is printed 41" KBA Hybrid 6-color over 2-color on 10pt. SBS with special coating 2-sides. The plastic sleeve for the retail packaging is printed on our 40" UV press on 10 mil Box lid grade rigid vinyl 4CP with 2 hits of white. The primary shipper carton is printed on 18pt. CCNB.
