The Imagine! sales representative received a phone call from Bacardi requesting a "rush" label job (the labels had to ship to Austria in 14-15 days!) Estimating turned the quote in less than 24 hours as production suggested an alternate substrate to meet the rush delivery date and still ensure a high quality label. Next, production performed a test of the foil stamping and embossing on the alternate substrate to obtain customer approval and maintain their high level of satisfaction. Customer service did a great job of constant monitoring of the job as it traveled through the production area, keeping the salesperson and the customer well informed of its progress. 13 days after the initial phone call (and 10 days after being officially awarded the job), it shipped complete to the customer and they were extremely pleased - their 1st job with us!
