I started at Imagine! Print Solutions as a Purchasing Agent.  Over time I learned so much about printing and the company.  Now I’ve moved into a CSR position.  Imagine! Print Solutions has good opportunities to learn and grow with the company.

I started working at Imagine! Print Solutions when I was 16 to make some extra cash in the summers. Little did I know that my part-time summer job would last throughout college and well beyond! Nine years later I find my little summer job has turned into my full-time career. I have grown up at Imagine! Print Solutions, and consider many of my co-workers members of my extended family.

I started working here toward the end of 2004 and it has been a "Challenge" ever since. I find working here at Imagine! is a very rewarding, uplifting experience. My job consists of a variety of tasks that keep me very busy and challenge me on a regular basis.  I like the many different areas that are part of Imagine!. We do it ALL. There is room for advancement and change in a career here.  I have also had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. They come from all walks of life and everyone seems genuinely happy to work here. You don’t find that in too many companies.

I have been in the graphics industry for over 25 years and never wanted to work at a really big printing company/corporation because of the "corporate culture or mentality". To me that type of environment stifles creativity. Imagine! Printing Solutions may be a $100,000,000+ company but it does not feel like a "really big printing company" to me. On the contrary, creativity is encouraged.  Initially, I was intimidated by Imagine!’s overall size, but it did not take long for me to realize that it wasn’t a huge corporation, but rather a printing company with a lot of opportunities in a big building.

I started here three and a half years ago as a general worker in the Hand Bindery. Over the years I worked my way up to a floor Lead in the Kitting Department. Now I help assist the line Leads, and conduct as many as seven production lines at a time, and up to 100 people. I love the day-to-day challenges my job has to offer. Since the day I started, this company has continued to grow. It gives me a great sense of job security. It is a very rewarding job, when you can walk into any Target, Dairy Queen, Toys R Us, Kohls, and the list goes on, and see the final product that you and your team helped coordinate and produce.
