The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for all activities relating to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. The selected individual will develop and manage marketing services activities for the company including sales support, sales promotion, and marketing communications. 1. Messaging – Helps identify, create and market proprietary Imagine! products and systems, manage press releases, sales collateral, multi-media customer presentations, web/digital plan, POS programs, ad campaigns, lead generation systems. 2. Website – Creates consistent content and branding within all of Imagine’s ecommerce solutions 3. Presentation Support – Equips sales reps with presentation material in support of Imagine’s value proposition and products. Incorporates multi-media as necessary. 4. Trade Show – Oversees tradeshows. Works with outside trade show company as necessary for storage of booth properties, installation and show strategies 5. Advertising – Promotes Imagine! Print Solutions services through print, on-line, and social media. Develops, refines and manages the organization's social networking efforts. Coordinates efforts with outside Marketing Agency. 6. Research - Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis. Creates, defines, and sustains prospect engagement techniques. 7. Reporting – Creates marketing reports that can track, measure and analyze performance. Works closely with Sales to develop, implement and oversee online lead generation and new business development initiatives 8. Leadership - Provides marketing skills and expertise by building, developing and managing a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics. Recommends operational efficiencies, eliminates duplicate work efforts and removes unnecessary complexities by creating and implementing streamlined department procedures and workflows. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS • Successful candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree. • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; 5 years of business-to-business marketing. • Proven track record driving change including branding, collateral, internal and external communications, events, Internet, web design, and product development; • Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals. • Innovative thinker/leader who can bring a strong marketing sensibility to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment, requiring high degree of deadline-driven productivity, commitment, adaptability, communication, initiative and follow-through.

B&R MOLL FOLDER GLUER OPERATOR
Day Shift – Die Cutting. Responsible for make ready and maintaining and operating the brand new Moll folder gluer. This machine will be equipped with a continuous feeder, hot melt glue heads, affixing equipment, taping heads and a vision camera quality detection system. The ideal candidate will be the lead operator to manage up to three helpers and be required to run at expected production speeds while controlling quality, waste, safety and housekeeping standards. Complete knowledge of the general operation of the equipment is required however we will train the right candidate on the affixing, taping and vision system. Responsibilities: • Review plant order checking for specifications, labels and schedules. • Monitor production schedules checking for current job and next scheduled job. • Performs make-ready setting up machine to match factory order specifications. • Mount and dismount glue pots. • Select proper adhesive for job. • Verify feeder, packer and inspectors have proper materials. • Run equipment at the required speeds while maintaining quality, waste and safety standards. • Troubleshoot and solve operating problems. • Complete all production reports and/or logbooks. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance including lubrication and repairs to equipment except for electrical problems. • Train and supervise feeders, packers and inspectors. • Observe all safety rules and precautions.
